Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering an account on ContextMesh you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Publisher Obligations

• You must own or control the websites on which you place ContextMesh zones.
• You may not place zones on sites containing illegal content, adult content, or content promoting violence.
• You may not artificially inflate impressions or clicks (invalid traffic).
• Revenue earned through invalid traffic will be forfeited.

3. Advertiser Obligations

• You are responsible for the content of your creatives.
• Creatives must not violate applicable laws or promote prohibited products.
• All creatives are reviewed before activation.
• Minimum wallet balance to run campaigns: $10.

4. Revenue Share

Publishers receive 70–85% of net ad revenue generated by their zones, depending on their tier. ContextMesh retains the platform fee (typically 15–17.5%).

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly, with a minimum threshold of $25. ContextMesh is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

6. Termination

ContextMesh may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Publishers found to be generating invalid traffic will have their balances forfeited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ContextMesh is registered.
